📦 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be in original condition (unused or lightly tested).
All original accessories, remote controls, charging cables, manuals, and packaging should be included.
Items showing significant damage, misuse, or modifications may not be eligible.
If you're unsure, our support team will guide you through the inspection process.

Once your return is received and inspected:
Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is completed.

Want a replacement instead of a refund?
We’ll ship out your new product as soon as the original item is picked up by our return carrier.
Exchanges are also completely free, with no additional charges.
