At KidsRider, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are high-performance motorized vehicles, we have established a clear, transparent process for returns and exchanges to ensure safety and quality standards.
1. 15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, the request must be timestamped within this 15-day period.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a successful return, the vehicle must meet the following "Resalable Condition" standards:

Condition: The item must be in its original, unassembled condition (or lightly tested on a clean, indoor surface).

Components: All original accessories (Remote control, 12V/24V Charger, Manuals, and Hardware kit) must be included.

Packaging: The item must be returned in its original factory box with all internal protective foam. (Due to the size of these items, we cannot accept returns in non-standard packaging).
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Defective/Damaged on Arrival: If the product is defective or damaged, KidsRider covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid LTL or Parcel label.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): We offer Free Returns. We will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees: KidsRider does not charge restocking fees. Your restocking fee is $0.00.
4. Mandatory Battery Safety Protocol
As per Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for lead-acid or lithium batteries:

The battery must be disconnected before the vehicle is repacked.

Any battery showing signs of swelling or leakage cannot be shipped back; please contact our support team for specialized disposal instructions and a replacement part.
5. Refund Process

Inspection: Once the return reaches our fulfillment center, please allow 2-3 business days for a technical inspection.

Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Timeline: Most banks reflect the credit within 3–5 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different model or color, we will ship the replacement item once the original item has been scanned into the carrier's network. Standard shipping times apply to the replacement.
